Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
Accounts on joya70 are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not permit any third party to access or use your Account. You may not open an Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
joya70 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement. joya70 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your joya70 login username and password. You must notify joya70 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. joya70 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. joya70 may close or suspend any Account at its discretion where it has reason to believe these Terms have been breached or where required by applicable law.
joya70 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joya70 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied at the account level and may vary depending on your verified account tier and the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. joya70 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network interruptions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by joya70 within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions:

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. joya70 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered contact. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by joya70 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. If the timeframe expires before the requirement is fulfilled, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Not all games on the joya70 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely.
joya70 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering across multiple outcomes to guarantee a profit, and using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements.

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding.
joya70 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated or corrupted. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be capped at levels published in the relevant game or sports betting rules. joya70 reserves the right to limit bet amounts and maximum winnings at the account level where it deems appropriate.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, joya70 will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the issue.
